Before returning goods please ensure that all details below are completed. Please ensure that this form and any goods are returned to the address below. Please record any serial numbers on the item(s) returned and retain a copy of this form when completed. We strongly recommend that you return goods using either a courier service or insured mail service such as Royal Mail Special delivery.
TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER - If you have ordered online the transaction reference number will have been emailed on confirmation of the order. If you have ordered by phone your reference number will have been quoted to you when you placed the order, or emailed to you.
Please ensure that all goods returned are well packaged and complete as delivered. We can accept no liability for returned goods damaged during transit.
Any goods returned as defective will be tested and if found to be working within the manufacturers specification will be subject to a standard charge of ten pounds plus post and packaging. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. If goods are returned within fourteen days of purchase we may refund postage costs incurred at our discretion. Items subject to any charges as detailed above will be retained until payment has been made in full, if such payment is not made within three months we reserve the right to dispose of these goods.
Goods that have been returned to us wrongly ordered, not required or not compatible with your equipment will be subject to handling and restocking fee of 20%, provided they are returned within thirty days of purchase. Postage and packing on these items will not be refunded.
