Please note we do not provide software support although we have tried to provide some tips relating to common problems. Please contact the manufacturer of your software for technical support should you need it. We have added some links to useful laptop manufacturers web sites.

Warranty Claims
We offer warranty on all our products, either our own warranty which will range from seven days to twelve months, or manufacturers warranty, which may be up to three years. If you have purchased a product from us and wish to make a claim please email us.
If you intend to return goods please click here to print a copy of our RMA form All goods returned must have a completed copy of this form enclosed with them. You do not need an RMA number.
Please note that we only offer a return to base warranty, it is up to you to return product to us for repair or replacement. We recommend insuring valuable items. If the product is less than seven days old we will may arrange collection or reimburse postage.
Many faults are resolved without returning products, therefore under no circumstances should you return products without first contacting us.
If we cannot carry out a cost effective repair we reserve the right to refund the purchase price of the product or provide a replacement of similar quality. If no fault is found with a product we reserve the right to charge a no fault found fee to cover administration and labour costs.
If you wish to make a claim and your product is covered by Toshiba, Compaq, IBM or other manufacturers warranty we will happily process this claim for you. In practice however it will be quicker for you to deal directly with the manufacturer, as the time taken for the item to get from you to us and back again must be taken into account.
Currently the UK warranty numbers for these manufacturers are as follows, please let us know if you find these numbers have changed:

Returns
Should you wish to return an item for any reason other than a warranty claim, for example if you have ordered the wrong item, please note that we cannot refund postage or carriage charges and that we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee (business customers only). Individuals who wish to return goods must notify us within ten days of receipt of goods otherwise the same fees will apply. Your refund will reflect this charge. Goods must be returned unused in the condition they were supplied within ten days of delivery, otherwise a higher re-stocking fee may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As an example if you order goods to the value of £100 and pay carriage of £6.95 and then return the item unused within ten days because you no longer require it you will be refunded £80.
